Who is responsible for the present state of the country?

So it was independence day yesterday and i recall a conversation i once had with Mofe, i said "I find it funny that in this 21st century Africans still blame the white man for the underdevelopment  of the continent", we went back and forth and arrived at a mutual conclusion.
Anyway it was Nigeria's 57th independence day yesterday and honestly i didn't really see what the need to celebrate was, i mean we don't have;

-Good Roads
-Good Schools
-Basic Health care is inaccessible
- We have Poor Infrastructure
And many other plagues that makes living in Nigeria a living hell.
Lots of people die here not because of their "village people" they died of illnesses because of the lack of standard health facilities. I mean i could go on and on about our many problems but i think it will be important to know who to hold responsible for the country's appalling state.

Well, Mofe thought the White man should be blamed and i beg to differ. It is not the white man that is stealing billions from the nation's coffers, its is not the white man that refused to build our roads. It's people who we call brothers and sisters that do this things to us.
How long are we going to keep running away from responsibility

I think it's high time Nigerians and Nigeria as a whole take responsibility for her life or she will remain a liability.
